濟(jì)南塑料袋訂做：是怎么制作的呢

塑料原材料是石油，石油經(jīng)過提煉得到聚乙烯、聚丙烯，聚苯乙烯等，然后從這些提煉的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)塑料。聚乙烯和聚丙烯以及其他的可制造塑料的副產(chǎn)品，它們都是高分子化合物，但是塑料屬于把它們再經(jīng)過催化作用，加工制成塑料產(chǎn)品。

The plastic raw material is petroleum, which is refined into polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc., and then plastic is produced from these refined substances. Polyethylene, polypropylene, and other byproducts that can be used to manufacture plastics are all high molecular weight compounds, but plastics belong to the category of plastic products that are processed by catalytic action.

但塑料產(chǎn)品是怎么制造的呢？提煉出，比如聚乙烯，然后再混合加入其他不同特性的添加劑，比如增塑劑、著色劑和一些樹脂等。再把這東西按比例混合放到模具里面，讓它們被加熱凝固成固定的形狀，這就是塑料袋，塑料袋就是這么被制作出來的。制作塑料袋的工藝并不復(fù)雜，一般廠家都可以生產(chǎn)，它用到的原料都很簡單，只不過是簡單的（高分子）化合物加聚而成。

But how are plastic products made? Firstly, extract, such as polyethylene, and then mix and add other additives with different characteristics, such as plasticizers, colorants, and some resins. Then mix these things in proportion and put them into the mold, allowing them to be heated and solidified into a fixed shape. This is plastic bags, and that's how plastic bags are made. The process of making plastic bags is not complicated, and most manufacturers can produce them. The raw materials used are very simple, just simple (polymer) compounds added together.

這其實沒有多么高的工藝復(fù)雜性，只不過是簡單的初級工業(yè)制品。但是我們也應(yīng)該知道，既然塑料是石油加工而成，那么我們就應(yīng)該減少使用塑料袋的頻率，應(yīng)該使用草木物質(zhì)制成的物品。對塑料物品的使用應(yīng)該減少和不使用，不依賴它。應(yīng)該多多使用的東西，讓圍繞我們身邊。

This actually doesn't have much process complexity, it's just a simple primary industrial product. But we should also know that since plastic is processed from petroleum, we should reduce the frequency of using plastic bags and instead use items made from plant materials. The use of plastic items should be reduced and not relied upon. We should use more environmentally friendly things to surround ourselves with environmental protection.

一次性的東西畢竟不是好的，塑料袋就是這種東西，太浪費太污染。它的制成是需要石油的，那么石油本身也不多，能不使用它。但是今天我們講清了塑料袋的是怎么制作而成的，對它有一個了解，我們以后更應(yīng)該使用一些草木物質(zhì)類的袋子。

Disposable items are not good after all, plastic bags are just such things, they are too wasteful and polluting.
