方便袋為提高制袋質(zhì)量在生產(chǎn)過程中需要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的檢查，主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面：營口購物袋廠家

一、制袋尺寸：制袋的袋體尺寸和封邊尺寸要符合客戶要求。

二、熱封邊強(qiáng)度：在熱封邊上截取大小合適的試片，將其固定的試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行熱封強(qiáng)度測(cè)試。

2、 Heat sealing edge strength: Cut appropriate sized test pieces from the heat sealing edge and conduct heat sealing strength testing on a fixed testing machine.

三、壓力：向袋內(nèi)裝適量的水，放在壓力儀上進(jìn)行壓力檢測(cè)，查看袋體的滲漏和破裂情況。

3、 Pressure: Fill the bag with an appropriate amount of water and place it on a pressure gauge for pressure testing to check for leakage and breakage of the bag body.

四、殘留溶劑量：將樣品裁剪成碎片放入瓶中密封加熱，抽取氣樣進(jìn)相色譜測(cè)驗(yàn)。

4、 Residual solvent content: Cut the sample into fragments and seal it in a bottle for heating. Extract the gas sample for gas chromatography testing.
